3. Lead the league in assists and join an elite group

John Wall has the natural ability to score at will or find the open man at just the right time. Not only does his career high 23.1 points per game and 10.7 assists per game prove that, but he is one of the best contributors year after year.

In fact in six of his seven seasons, he has also been in the top 10 in the assists per game category. Whats more is four of those years he finished second and once as third-best.

So what better than another goal involving John Wall becoming as elite as they come? He should dare critics to make the argument how he is not a top-five player by seasons end. There are only five players in NBA history that have averaged more assists per game than John Wall, and four of them are Hall-of-Famers.

Magic Johnson, John Stockton, Chris Paul, Oscar Robertson and Isiah Thomas are the only players in front of John Wall. Can John Wall go for seven straight seasons in the top 10 assists per game? If he can lead the league in assists per game, he might begin to throw his name into the conversation as one of the best facilitators of all time.
