3. Aaron Holiday (Junior) – UCLA

Meet the latest spark plug point guard you shouldn’t sleep on this season. Aaron Holiday is the younger brother of Jrue Holiday and he can flat out ball. He’s a devastating scorer, who can make things happen all over the floor.

Despite being just 6’1″, Holiday simply takes over games. Now with Bryce Alford and Lonzo Ball gone, he has a chance to take a big leap at UCLA. Despite seeing his minutes decrease, Holiday became incredibly efficient. Just watch this move:

Holiday finished over 64 percent of his shots at the rim, 41 percent of his threes, nearly 41 percent of his 2-point jumpers and 79 percent of his free throws, per Hoop-Math. He’s the next great plugin backup scoring guard.

That may not have a high ceiling, but it’s a role that is needed on every NBA team. His shotmaking is underrated and he averaged 4.4 assists per game while playing with a Ball and a ton of guards in Westwood. Holiday is going to make a big jump this year.
