4. Average 15 points per game

Kent Bazemore has never averaged even 12 points per game during his five seasons in the league, so increasing his scoring by 3.4 points above his previous career high appears to be a drastic jump. Only that scoring mark is well within reach.

The Hawks will likely provide the 28-year-old guard with a level of shot opportunities he has yet to reach at any point in his career. They afforded Bazemore with 9.9 field goal attempts per game, the most he has ever attempted, but his scoring still fell by 0.6 points per game.

At times, Bazemore proved to be an explosive scorer, as evidenced by his 25 point outbursts against the Cavaliers and Clippers last year. Bazemore totaled seven performances with at least 20 points, and he shot an average of 15.1 times in those contests.

The offense won’t flow through Bazemore next season, but with the team in need of reliable scoring options, he could be in line for a career-high in scoring during the 2017-18 season.
