2. Improve post play

For Adams, improving his offensive game would make his minutes rise and be a big help to the Thunder. OKC will need a player that helps them get high percentage buckets. Adams can fit into that role when he improves his post play even more than he already has.

Getting more post moves will be a way to improve his play on the block. The spin move, the up-and-under and just practicing the simple back down hook shot will improve his post play. Adams is the starting center and has been for years. If he can be a fourth threat to the already triple threat of Russell Westbrook, Paul George and Patrick Patterson on offense, then that will be an even bigger reason to look at the Thunder as a top team in the West.

The Thunder were looking for a post player back when they had Kevin Durant. That is when they traded for Enes Kanter. Kanter is not a starter though, so if Adams can bring that skill-set to the starting lineup and if Roberson has improved on offense during the offseason, look out for the Thunder.
