With NBA 2K18 featuring an All-Time Team for each squad, who should make up the starting five for the Phoenix Suns?

Despite never winning a championship in their 49 (soon-to-be 50) years as an NBA franchise, the Phoenix Suns have quite a prestigious history, filled with memorable, Hall of Fame players.

Most people don’t know this, but the Suns are actually the fourth-winningest franchise in league history despite the absence of that first Larry O’Brien trophy. As such, a video game featuring an all-time great roster for each NBA team would have plenty of star players to choose from for the Suns.

With NBA 2K18 due for a fall release, the game’s developers have decided to indulge NBA fans’ inner nerdom and grace the experience with an All-Time Team for every team in the association. This obviously raises the question: Who’s going to make the cut?

Though an NBA roster can hold 15 players, our chief concern is with the starting five. There are tons of possibilities to mix and mach the lineups for a team with such a deep history like the Phoenix Suns, but what would the starting lineup look like?

To sort it all out, here’s a look at who should be starting for the Suns’ All-Time Team, along with the players that just narrowly miss the cut and would have to settle for coming off the bench.
