The Chicago Bulls traded three-time All-Star Jimmy Butler to the Minnesota Timberwolves this summer. Here is a look at the top moments from his six-year stint in the Windy City.

Following their first conference finals appearance in 13 years, the Chicago Bulls selected Jimmy Butler with the 30th overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft. Early on, Butler was not what you would refer to as a household name.

In fact, during his rookie season, he averaged just 2.6 points in 8.5 minutes per contest. He shot 41 percent from the field and just 18 percent from three-point range.

Despite the slow start to his NBA career, however, Butler would eventually turn things around. For example, he raised his scoring average by nearly 11 points over the next two seasons.

Furthermore, Butler has increased his scoring average every season he has been in the league. This includes scoring at least 20 points per contest over the last three years.

Along with that, Butler has earned three All-Star appearances and is considered one of the best two-way players in the NBA.

The Bulls felt differently, though, as they shipped the three-time All-Star to the Minnesota Timberwolves in a draft-night trade.

So to commemorate or mourn the occasion, depending on your perspective, here is a look back at some of Butler’s greatest moments as a member of the Chicago Bulls.

Note: List includes games in which Butler scored at least 35 points while shooting 40 percent or better from the field.
