The Los Angeles Clippers have consistently been near the top of NBA Draft boards, but who are the greatest draft picks in franchise history?

The Los Angeles Clippers are in the midst of the greatest era in franchise history. Los Angeles has made the playoffs in a franchise record six consecutive seasons, securing its only five 50-win seasons thus far.

In order to achieve the success that has defined this era, however, the Clippers had to balance the acquisition of Chris Paul with mastery of the NBA Draft.

Los Angeles has a long standing history of drafting near the top of the board, but its success has been fleeting. There are exceptions to that rule, however, as the Clippers have made a number of selections that left lasting impressions on the organization.

Scarce as they may be, said college prospects turned pro players deserve to be honored for their contributions to the organization.

In some instances, the player whom the Clippers selected achieved individual success that justified the investment. In others, the players helped the organization escape the depths of irrelevance by leading the team to postseason success.

The question is: Who are the greatest draft picks in Los Angeles Clippers history?

Note: This list excludes players whom the Clippers drafted, but received limited or no run from. For instance: Tom Chambers, Tyson Chandler, Adrian Dantley, Hersey Hawkins, Spencer Haywood, Antonio McDyess, and Byron Scott were excluded.

Note: Statistics provided are from Clippers careers only.
