Despite a productive college career, Gilbert Arenas was drafted by the Golden State Warriors as the 31st overall pick in the second round of the 2001 NBA Draft.
After spending two seasons with the Warriors, Arenas made his way to the Wizards and spent the majority of his career there. Known for his ability to knock down clutch shots and take the game into his own hands, he was incredibly accurate and able to create his own shot.
During his time with the Wizards, he was voted an All-Star for three consecutive years from 2004-06 regular.
After his departure from the Wizards he only remained in the league for two more seasons and his career came to an end after 552 games.
