3. Shoot 50 percent from the field

Even after a quiet performance Friday afternoon where Houston limited him to seven points and five rebounds, John Collins still had the most impressive Summer League performance of any Hawks player.

Atlanta still managed to post a 92-86 victory over the Rockets, even as DeAndre’ Bembry, Taurean Prince and Tyler Dorsey sat, closing out their stint in Las Vegas with a 3-2 record.

Opponents struggled to find a way to consistently defend Collins, as he shot 59.2 percent from the field, converting 32-of-54 shot attempts in his professional debut.

Collins finished the five-game set with an average of 15.4 points and 9.6 rebounds per game, proving himself as one of the most intimidating finishers in the paint.

The 19-year-old possesses a knack for scoring off pick-and-rolls, has a viable midrange jumper and is a polished scorer in the post.

With Atlanta in desperate need of a secondary scoring option alongside point guard Dennis Schroder next season, Collins will receive plenty of shot opportunities.

The Hawks are just hoping he is ready to consistently capitalize.
