Milos Teodosic: 2 years, $12.3 million (Los Angeles Clippers)

WHO SAID LOB CITY IS DEAD?? Despite the departure of Chris Paul early before the free agency process had officially begun, the Los Angeles Clippers have responded nicely, acquiring Patrick Beverley in the CP3 trade and now signing Serbian star Milos Teodosic for a two-year deal (with a player option on the second year).

According to Bill Oram of the So Cal News Group, Teodosic’s long-awaited leap to the NBA is to be the Clippers’ starting point guard. An electric playmaker and dazzling passer, the 30-year-old’s arrival comes a few years too late, but he’ll continue to make the Clippers fun with Blake Griffin being the star attraction and Danilo Gallinari bringing his shooting and swag as well.

This is great value for a player who has been lighting it up in Europe for years now, especially after leading Serbia to the silver medal in the Rio Olympics. According to NBA salary cap guru Nate Duncan, Teodosic will be a restricted free agent next summer, making this deal a win all around.
