4. Atlanta Hawks

The Atlanta Hawks look to be in rebuild mode after unloading Dwight Howard to the Charlotte Hornets. Power forward Paul Millsap also signed a three-year, $90 million deal with the Denver Nuggets.

As a result, the Hawks have about $30 million in cap space to work with. It isn’t such a bad thing for Atlanta, but the Washington Wizards should worry a bit when it comes to what they can offer Otto Porter.

Porter and the Hawks organization are familiar with each other after the Wizards played them in the first round of the NBA Playoffs this past season. The Wizards won the series 4-2 with Porter averaging 9.8 points, 5.5 rebound, 1.3 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

After receiving a large offer from the Kings, getting a lucrative deal from the Hawks isn’t so far-fetched. Porter could mull an offer from Atlanta but after last season, he could still be in win-now mode with Washington.
