4. Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz are an interesting prospect for Andre Iguodala because so much is unknown at this point. Iguodala must approach this team with caution. Their best player Gordon Hayward is an unrestricted free agent. While it is possible Hayward may return, Iguodala would be a good replacement for him, but they would be starting over in a sense.

Signing with the Jazz gives Iguodala the best opportunity to enter the starting lineup without Gordon Hayward present. On the Golden State Warriors, he plays a very specific role on a very deep team. This move allows him to standout and showcase his talents more than recent years.

Chris Haynes of ESPN wrote the following about Utah pursuing Iguodala.

"“Should Utah lose All-Star forward Gordon Hayward, who is expected to decline his player option and garner serious attention from the Boston Celtics, Iguodala is believed to be its top priority to fill that void, sources maintain.”"

Additionally, the Jazz are reportedly interested in trading with the Minnesota Timberwolves for point guard Ricky Rubio. This shows that the Jazz are ready to bring in necessary pieces to stay competitive in the event that they lose current key contributors.
