Milwaukee Bucks: Ranking Potential Eastern Conference Playoff Opponents
With the Eastern Conference playoff picture open to change, the Milwaukee Bucks could face a number of different playoff opponents. How would the Bucks rank those teams?
The Milwaukee Bucks all but secured a playoff berth this week, winning back-to-back games in Charlotte and Boston to climb to 39-36, a full three games ahead of the ninth-placed Chicago Bulls.
With seven games remaining, the Bucks have a 99 percent chance to make the postseason, per FiveThirtyEight. Barring a collapse of immense proportions (which the Atlanta Hawks are seriously contemplating) Milwaukee fans will see playoff basketball return.
Their opening round playoff opponent is still very much up in the air, however. Whereas the Western Conference teams are settling into their spots with distinction, no team in the Eastern Conference has a definite seed.
Any of the top four could move around and any of the bottom four could as well (and the Chicago Bulls want to make that bottom four).
