Top Four Power Forwards

  1. Nikola Jokic ($11,000) vs. Minnesota Timberwolves
  2. Anthony Davis ($10,900) vs. Memphis Grizzlies
  3. Kristaps Porzingis ($6,800) vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
  4. Nerlens Noel ($5,600) vs. Boston Celtics

Rationale:

  • Nikola Jokic has supplanted Pelicans All-Star forward Anthony Davis as the most expensive FanDuel NBA power forward roster option. After flirting with his first career triple-double for a majority of his sophomore campaign, Jokic has now posted two in his last seven games. The 21-year-old carried Denver to a win over the Warriors by totaling 17 points, a career-high 21 rebounds and 12 assists in 36 minutes Monday night.
  • The blocks keep coming in bunches for Anthony Davis. The 6-foot-10 forward has rejected at least one shot in 13 consecutive games, with his four block performance Monday night in Phoenix raising his season average to 2.5 per game, tying him with Rudy Gobert for the most in the league. Davis has previously led the NBA in blocks per game twice, and is looking to join George Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Mark Eaton, Dikembe Mutombo and Marcus Camby as the only players to ever lead the league three times in blocks per game.
