Top Four Small Forwards

  1. LeBron James ($10,000) vs. Memphis Grizzlies
  2. Jimmy Butler ($9,000) vs. Minnesota Timberwolves
  3. Andrew Wiggins ($5,900) vs. Chicago Bulls
  4. Aaron Gordon ($4,100) vs. Atlanta Hawks

Rationale:

  • LeBron James drew a double-team from two Charlotte defenders and his bounce pass found Tristan Thompson driving to the rim for an easy dunk. The play was part of an outstanding 44-point, 10-assist, nine-rebound, three- assist, one-block effort. The assist to Thompson allowed James to become the first frontcourt player ever to dish out 7,000 assists and join a club he created, as he is the only player ever to total 27,000 points, 7,000 rebounds and 7,000 assists in their career.
  • After struggling mightily with his shot, including a stretch of 17 consecutive misses, including an 0-for-12 outing against Milwaukee, Aaron Gordon is finally back on track. In the eight games since his awful performance against the Bucks, Gordon has shot 50 percent or better from the field six times. With a low price tag, Gordon is a feasible FanDuel NBA roster option, as he is averaging just less than 20 fantasy points per game, while taking up just 6.8 percent of the salary cap Tuesday night.
