Top Four Shooting Guards

  1. James Harden ($11,500) vs. Dallas Mavericks
  2. Dwyane Wade ($7,200) vs. Miami Heat
  3. Sean Kilpatrick ($5,800) vs. San Antonio Spurs
  4. Will Barton ($5,600) vs. Orlando Magic

Rationale:

  • The first career game for Dwyane Wade against the Heat was a forgettable one, as he totaled 13 points on 5-of-17 shooting from the field, seven rebounds and four assists. Miami makes its first visit to the United Center this season with Wade on a torrid scoring stretch, as he is posting 23.8 points per game over his past eight contests. Wade is a 23-point performance away from raising his season average to 20 points per game, a feat he achieved 10 times in his 13 seasons with the Heat.
  • At the very least, Denver provides Will Barton with plenty of opportunities to produce. The 40th overall pick of the 2012 NBA Draft is spending 32.1 minutes per game on the floor, the second most for the Nuggets, resulting in averages of 14.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. With the Nuggets back court ailing, with Emmanuel Mudiay nursing a sprained ankle and Gary Harris dealing with a foot sprain, Barton spent nearly 43 minutes on the floor against Washington Thursday night.
