Top Four Shooting Guards

  1. Victor Oladipo ($6,400) vs. New Orleans Pelicans
  2. Evan Fournier ($5,900) vs. Detroit Pistons
  3. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope ($5,700) vs. Orlando Magic
  4. J.J. Redick ($4,400) vs. Indiana Pacers

Rationale:

  • Evan Fournier found a way to submit a well-rounded performance, even as his shot wasn’t falling in Philadelphia, continuing a trend for this season. In 30 minutes, Fournier managed to post 16 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals, despite connecting on just 4-of-11 shot attempts from the field. Fournier is averaging over 3.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds and over a steal per game for the first time in his career, making his addition to any FanDuel NBA lineup less of a risk.
  • A return home to Atlanta paved the way for a strong outing from Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Friday night. In the first quarter alone, Caldwell-Pope matched his season average in scoring, at 15 points, and he finished the night with 23 points and eight rebounds. While Caldwell-Pope has managed just one double-double this season, he is a skilled passer and rebounder, making him a viable value play for FanDuel NBA rosters.
