In July 2007, Lewis agreed to a max contract with the

Orlando Magic

and was sent there in a sign-and-trade deal in exchange for a 2009 second-round pick  and a trade exception.

In nine seasons in Seattle, Lewis averaged 16.6 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 33.9 minutes per game, shooting .461/.386/.801.

Lewis was an All-Star again in 2009 with the Magic and helped Orlando to the 2009 NBA Finals, where it lost to the Los Angeles Lakers. While with the Magic, Lewis led the NBA in three-pointers in 2008-09. He was third in 2007-08 and fifth in 2009-10, as well.

He was traded to the Washington Wizards in December 2010 and was dealt to the New Orleans Hornets in June 2012.

Waived by the Hornets 10 days later, he signed with the Miami Heat in July 2012 and helped the team to back-to-back NBA Finals, winning a title in 2013.

He signed a contract with the Dallas Mavericks in July 2014, but the deal was voided after a failed physical and he has not played since.

He is 12th in NBA history with 1,787 3-pointers.
