An All-American in his lone year at Indiana, Eric Gordon averaged almost 21 points per game before he was selected by the Los Angeles Clippers with the seventh overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft.

Gordon was an All-Rookie selection in 2008-09 and showed great scoring ability, but had trouble remaining healthy.

In three seasons in Los Angeles, Gordon averaged 18.1 points, 3.3 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 35.8 minutes per game, shooting .452/.375/.810.

In New Orleans, Gordon battled health issues, never appearing in more than 64 games. He was second in the NBA in three-point shooting in 2014-15.

Last season, he averaged 15.2 points, 2.7 assists, 2.2 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 32.9 minutes per game, shooting .418/.384/.888 while being limited to 45 games because of a broken finger.

Gordon signed a four-year, $53 million deal with the Houston Rockets on July 9, 2016, and is under contract through 2019-20.
