Carmelo Anthony came to the Denver Nuggets in the loaded 2003 NBA Draft, selected out of Syracuse with the third overall pick.

Anthony was an All-Rookie pick in 2003-04 and went on to be named a four-time All-Star and four-time All-NBA selection with the Nuggets. He finished second in the NBA in scoring in 2006-07, fourth in 2007-08 and third in 2009-10.

In parts of eight seasons with the Nuggets, Anthony averaged 24.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.1 steals in 36.4 minutes per game, shooting .459/.311/.803.

He has gone on to win a scoring title with New York in 2012-13 and is signed through the 2018-19 season, with an early termination option after the 2017-18 campaign, on a four-year, $124 million contract signed in July 2014.

He is also 29th in NBA history with 22,497 points, 37th with an average of 36.4 minutes per game and 13th with an average of 24.9 points per game.
