1. Do These Moves Make The Bulls Better?

With the departures of Rose, Joakim Noah, Pau Gasol and Mike Dunleavy, the Bulls roster will definitely have a different look to it next season. But will it be an improvement of the team that struggled in several areas in 2015-16?

More from Hoops Habit

One of the positives from the recent additions is that the Bulls managed to avoid a complete rebuild and put together a roster that should be somewhat competitive. Secondly, both Wade and Rondo know a thing or two about winning, as they have seven Finals appearances between them and they have both played on championship teams.

From a realistic viewpoint, the Bulls will not be competing for a championship next season, that much is certain. Therefore, the biggest question is can these additions make the Bulls relevant next season, or, dare I say it, even help the team return to the postseason?

In a perfect world, adding a future Hall-of-Famer, along with a player who has earned four consecutive NBA All-Defensive team selections, the answer to that question would normally be a resounding yes.
