Orlando Magic squads

The Magic squad is always interesting to watch because they are split into to sub-squads: White and Blue.

The Blue squad is stronger than the White squad on paper, yet the White squad has the team’s sole win as a whole (the Blue squad got smacked by the Pacers on Day 1). Then again, the White squad is made up of mostly D-League players, so they are more experienced.

Stephen Zimmerman is proving himself so far in the Summer League (one game is a very small sample size, but still).

He plays on the Blue squad and while he clearly has work to do (like everyone else in the Summer League), the one-and-doner from UNLV looks like a promising draft pick (No. 41 overall) for the Magic.

Both squads play on July 4 (Blue vs. Pistons; White vs. Mavericks).
