2. Invite Quality Players To NBA Summer League

The NBA Summer League is where Atlanta needs to really push to get talent in. They need to invite some young players who would play well in bursts over the NBA season.

The Hawks need to be proactive and find players from overseas who have experience playing in the bigger leagues overseas and have had some success.

The Hawks also need to invite as many of their D-League players that they can fit into the roster as possible. They do have several players uounger than 25 so their future is looking bright, Dennis Schroder is 22, Tim Hardaway Jr., Walter Tavares and Mike Muscala are all 24,

For the next few years, while Howard fulfills his three-year deal Atlanta need to have experienced players to help out and hopefully get their team back up to the top of the Eastern Conference.

The front office must rate Howard higher than they rated the play of Al Horford or they would not have signed him. Let’s see how their judgement is on this one.
