4. Re-Sign Leandro Barbosa

Every top team in the NBA has its role players who come of the bench. The Oklahoma City Thunder have Enes Kanter and Dion Waiters. The San Antonio Spurs have Manu Ginobili and Patty Mills. The Cleveland Cavaliers have Richard Jefferson and Matthew Dellavedova to name a few.

Golden State has Andre Iguodala, Shaun Livingston and Leandro Barbosa. Each of these players is able to come out on any given night and play their role to make a difference to the Warriors.

Barbosa is 33 so still has a few more good years left in the NBA and he is still not showing signs of slowing down. He would have to be one of the fastest players in the NBA.

Barbosa came to the Warriors at the start of the 2014-15 season and has simply provided depth on the bench which other teams find hard to overcome.

In his 13 years in the NBA, Barbosa has averaged 11.0 points per game. Since coming to the Warriors he has averaged 7.1 points per game in 2014-15 and 6.4 points per game in 2015-16.

That is simply because he has a much smaller tole with the Warriors that he has been playing to perfection.

Currently Barbosa is on a $2.5  million contract, my guess is that the Warriors will try and sign him to something similar.
