3. Re-Sign James Michael McAdoo

James Michael McAdoo is the type of player who will be the working man of this franchise for years to come. He is currently 23 years old and playing for one of the strongest franchises in the history of the league so his opportunities are limited.

If the Warriors can convince McAdoo to stay it will work for them. From what I have seen so far, he is willing to battle any player, including LeBron James. This kind of spark will get him playing time sooner rather than later

If the Warriors can sign McAdoo to a long term, low cost deal then they have an insurance plolicy for Harrison Barnes leaving. Andre Iguodala would start again and McAdoo would see an increased role off the bench.

Last season, McAdoo only played 41 games last season, averaging 6.4 minutes, 2.9 points and 1.4 rebounds.

With McAdoo however, it is not the numbers that I look at, it is his demeanor when coming on to the court. He is never negative, he is always looking for something to happen.

It is these type of players that are critical to championship runs, the energy and passion that they bring with them onto the court is infectious and lifts other players.

I hope for a bright future for McAdoo, with an expanded role next season.
