The 2016 NBA Draft was held on Thursday, June 23. In the spirit of forward thinking, here’s a way-too-early look at the 2017 NBA Draft.

The 2016 NBA Draft has come and passed, and all 30 teams have been altered by it. Not every team was fortunate enough to select one of the top prospects, but even the dormant organizations will feel the ramifications of draft night.

The question is, what will happen next year?

It’s way too early to be evaluating what will transpire a year from now, but that’s exactly what’s happening. The 2017 class of high school recruits is vastly superior to that of 2016, and that’s reason enough to be excited.

The upside of said players has yet to be accurately defined, but the preliminary aspects of their game and draft profile are ready to be acknowledged.

In some instances, players have done enough to land at a major program. In others, prospects have returned to their respective schools or international clubs to achieve more in the eyes of NBA executives.

The question is, who are the Top 30 prospects in the 2017 NBA Draft?
