5. Ben Bentil

A 6’8″ forward with a massive 7’2″ wingspan, Ben Bentil is the exact kind of positionless player the Golden State Warriors specialize in. Though he’s a tad undersized for the prototypical power forward position, his developing three-point shot is a great sign for him to overcome that “tweener” tag and turn it into the “versatile” label that Draymond Green has earned.

Bentil is no Draymond, but the key for him will be improving his rebounding and expanding upon his shooting range (he went from 30 percent from three-point range on 0.9 attempts per game as a freshman to 32.9 percent on 4.5 attempts per game last season) at the next level.

Though Bentil averaged 7.7 rebounds per game as a sophomore, he still needs to get stronger on the glass for the next level, because even though he runs the floor well, he may not be quick enough to play the 3.

As a small-ball power forward, Bentil’s emerging perimeter shot, insatiable motor, undeniable length and toughness down low would make him a solid fit who could contribute right away depending on what happens to Golden State’s bench depth this summer.
