3. Trade Booker and Teletovic for a power forward

Phoenix needs to trade one of its bevy of guards to help improve their big man stocks. They currently have Knight, Bledsoe, Devin Booker and Goodwin all under contract. There is also the distinct possibility that the NBA might get to see Bodgan Bogdanovic playing for Phoenix.

Booker will be starting his second year after being thrust into the starting line up when Bledsoe went down with his knee injury. Booker ended up playing 76 games, averaging 27.7 minutes, 13.8 points, 2.6 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game.

These are all very respectable numbers for his rookie season. His three point shooting was also  quite good for a rookie, going 34 percent from beyond the arc.

Teletovic stepped up once Morris was traded to the Washington Wizards. In his 79 games, he averaged 21.3 minutes, 12.2 points and 3.8 rebounds.

Together, these two make a very tempting pair; a low-cost, high-reward package for any team looking for instant offense type players.

With Bledsoe and Knight locked into long-term deals, Phoenix can build around the back court. Booker might be younger but is a better trade piece to land a high class power forward. Blake Griffin is in the last year of a contract and may not return to the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Clippers are contenders at the moment and they need to make some adjustments to their roster to get themselves into the same category as the Warriors. They played well without Griffin last year, going 31-16 when Griffin was not in the lineup. Perhaps they will take a chance.
