For basketball fans, draft day is one of the best days of the year. It’s the time of year where many of our favorite college players will realize their dreams and hear their names called, signaling the beginning of their professional careers.
It’s also the time teams will try to change their fortunes by adding some new young talent to their roster.
And while many teams will stay put and select whichever prospect they like the most when they’re on the clock, others will take a more aggressive approach and make a trade or two on draft night.
There are plenty of teams this year that would be smart to package a few picks or players and make a move come June 23. Some teams in the 2016 NBA Draft are either overloaded with picks or find themselves in a position where trading up is the smartest thing to do.
