5. Orlando Magic: Myles Turner

Myles Turner had a better rookie year than most expected as a stretch big who runs the floor and protects the rim.

That’s exactly what the Magic need and will look for this upcoming offseason. Nikola Vucevic is a fine offensive player, but he’s a liability on defense and doesn’t have the consistent range to open up the floor next to a non-shooting defensive anchor.

Turner could cover the low post defensively, help on the boards and space the floor to give Vucevic enough room to work inside. He’s a great complement to everything Vucevic does and has a real shot at being a star for years to come.

I’m certain Turner would’ve thrived in Orlando so he’s my pick here.
