Mike Miller – Age 36 – Unrestricted Free Agent

Mike Miller has been an excellent player/coach combination with the Nuggets. He’s shown the young players how to operate at a professional level and his support has helped instill a complete culture change in the organization.

That said, his playing days are behind him. He was not able to play competitive basketball for long stretches of time and his effectiveness on the court was limited, almost nonexistent.

The only chance he has at staying on the roster is if the Nuggets have an open 15th slot, but with Gallinari and Chandler remaining fairly injury-prone throughout their careers, replacing Miller with young blood would seem to be the smartest decision. The Nuggets will likely add a young player to take over for Miller – 2 Percent.
