Welcome to HoopsHabit.com’s Week 25 NBA Power Rankings! We’ll be counting down from 30 to 1, as we break down the last week in the NBA and where each team stands heading into the playoffs.

Given that this is the last week of the NBA regular season, our final edition of NBA Power Rankings represents a chance to look back on preseason predictions, the highs and lows of the 2015-16 season and what’s to come in the future with the playoffs right around the corner.

The Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs have been predictably dominant, but there have been quite a few pleasant surprises (Portland Trail Blazers, Charlotte Hornets, Detroit Pistons) and quite a few disappointments (Houston Rockets, Chicago Bulls, Washington Wizards) that few predicted before the season began.

The question is, how do the playoff-bound squads stack up with the postseason just around the corner? And what’s the short-term and long-term outlook for the non-playoff teams moving forward?

This is our last Tuesday of NBA Power Rankings, so scroll through to find out where your favorite team winds up in Week 25.
