11. Tyreke Evans

Tyreke Evans is a more versatile player than he’s given credit for, but his injury problems make it feel like it’s probably time for the New Orleans Pelicans to start making trades and rebuilding the right way around Anthony Davis. After all, Reke only played 25 games this season due to injury problems, even though his production was relatively consistent with last year’s.

No one can help the injury bug, but Evans’ well-rounded averages of 15.2 points, 6.6 assists and 5.2 rebounds per game on 38.8 percent shooting from three-point range pale in comparison to his injury problems, especially when paired with Jrue Holiday‘s numerous maladies. It may be time for a franchise reset, and Evans has to be an asset on the move in that scenario.

That being said, Evans still has something to offer a team if he could just find a better fit for his skill set. He can do a little bit of everything, he’s still only 26 years old and he still has one year remaining on his contract. How the Pellies proceed with this useful player in need of a change of scenery remains to be seen.
