Welcome to HoopsHabit.com’s Week 24 NBA Power Rankings! We’ll be counting down from 30 to 1, as we break down the last week in the NBA and where each team stands as we move forward.

At this point, the top of the playoff seedings are all but set in stone in each conference. The Golden State Warriors, San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder and Los Angeles Clippers lead the way out West, while the Cleveland Cavaliers and Toronto Raptors are deadlocked at No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, in the East.

But from third through sixth in the East, seventh through ninth in the East, and fifth through ninth in the West, it’s a virtual crapshoot. With less than two weeks left in the season, the playoff race is tightening up and every single game matters. The question is, where does your favorite playoff-hopeful team sit in the conversation?
