Is Devin Booker a star right now?

Star is a huge word for a basketball player, as it usually means you excel in more than one or two skills. He’s already an elite shooter off the catch, but star scorers can make shots off the bounce and finish around the rim.

Booker has not only scored from all areas of the floor in his rookie season, but he’s done so at an efficient rate for a rookie and has even flashed playmaking ability as a point guard in a pinch according to ESPN’s Zach Lowe.

He’s not a star yet, but he’s the youngest player in the NBA and has played like one of the league’s best shooting guards over the past two months. This kid has nothing but high upside and is one of the sure things of this draft class despite being taken No. 14 overall.
