7. Justise Winslow, Miami Heat

Justise Winslow has as much upside as anyone here because of the emphasis on having versatile wings nowadays.

Everyone wants to copy the Golden State Warriors and their supply of guys between 6-foot-7 and 6-foot-9 that can play multiple positions while still being able to knock down three-point shots with ease.

Winslow’s not in that same category yet but he’s getting there. He’s had plenty of good shooting performances this year to suggest he should’ve been featured more often as a primary option in college.

Consistently hitting threes is the next step in Winslow’s offensive development and after that it’s refining his playmaking for a wing.

Either way he’s a hard driver to the basket who looks for contact and getting his teammates involved. We already know about his star-caliber defense at this point in his career and the scary part is that he’ll only get better at reading screens and learning different offenses of opposing units.

All these reasons are why he’s the sixth man on a playoff team looking to make noise in the Eastern Conference. That speaks volumes not only to his potential but to the kind of talent he already is.
