Nos. 25-21

25. Markel Brown — Brown was a rarely used reserve to start the season with the Brooklyn Nets, but since the start of February, he’s averaging 9.2 points in 20.3 minutes per game, all while shooting 47.2 percent from the floor and 42 percent from three-point territory. Now in his second year, Brown is capitalizing on expanded minutes during a meaningless season.

24. Isaiah Canaan — Canaan isn’t a long-term solution to the Philadelphia 76ers‘ point guard problem, but he’s put up respectable numbers this year, averaging 10.8 points per game on 37 percent shooting from three-point range. The only problem is he’s not much of a distributor (1.8 assists per game) and he’s only shooting 36.2 percent from the field.

23. Troy Daniels — Is Troy Daniels a useful sharpshooter off the bench, or isn’t he? We’ve seen him make big shots for the Houston Rockets in the playoffs, he made 47.2 percent of his threes last year for the Charlotte Hornets and this season, he’s shooting a blistering 48.3 percent from downtown. If he keeps stealing Jeremy Lamb’s minutes, he could be a useful floor-spacer.

22. Tony Snell — With minutes available on the wing, Tony Snell has really failed to step up in his third NBA season. His numbers are down to 5.2 points and 3.1 rebounds per game, his shooting has dropped to 37.2 percent from the floor and 35.4 percent from three-point range, and he’s been steadily phased out of the Chicago Bulls‘ rotation over the last few weeks.

21. Tim Hardaway Jr. — Most people still hate the Tim Hardaway Jr. trade that the Atlanta Hawks made on draft day 2015, but he’s finally starting to earn regular minutes under Budenholzer. Unfortunately, even with his minutes slightly up, Hardaway Jr. is still only averaging 4.9 points in 15.7 minutes per game on terrible shooting splits of .406/.289/.935 for the season.
