Ranking The Top NBA Players By Age: Age 23
12. Evan Fournier
Evan Fournier’s come back down to earth a little bit, which was only to be expected after he averaged an uncharacteristic 17.8 points per game on .462/.416/.829 shooting splits for the month of November.
But even after the Law of Averages took its toll, Fournier is still averaging 14.7 points per game on efficient .456/.406/.826 shooting splits for the season. He’s seen his role reduced over the last few months with the Orlando Magic, but who hasn’t during this up-and-down campaign under Scott Skiles?
Coming off a 30-point performance that tied his career high, it’s clear that Fournier can score when he gets hot and has the freedom to launch. That Arron Afflalo-Evan Fournier trade looks worse and worse by the day for the Denver Nuggets — almost as bad as Googling Fournier’s last name. (Seriously, don’t do it.)
