22. Aaron Harrison — With Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lin both having tremendous seasons, Aaron Harrison hasn’t been able to crack the Charlotte Hornets‘ rotation as a rookie. He’s averaging 0.7 points and 0.6 rebounds in 4.1 minutes per game, suiting up for only 18 games so far this season.

21. Jordan Adams — It’s a pity that Jordan Adams is still trying to return from a knee procedure two months ago, because otherwise he would have finally found a way to crack Dave Joerger’s rotation for this shorthanded Memphis Grizzlies team. Unfortunately, he’s played a grand total of 15 minutes in two games this season.

20. Jordan Mickey — A guy with the name Mickey playing in Boston? Where are the Dropkick Murphys when you need them? Despite being a shot-blocking stud in NBA Summer League and preseason action, Mickey has only been able to put up 1.3 points and 0.8 blocks per game in 11 appearances for the Boston Celtics.

19. Tyler Ennis — Consider Tyler Ennis one of the few draft picks Phoenix Suns general manager Ryan McDonough has ever whiffed on. In his second season in the NBA — and his first full season with the Milwaukee Bucks — Ennis is averaging 2.9 points and 1.1 assists in 8.8 minutes per game, and has only played in 30 games while posting .415/.368/.706 shooting splits.

18. Sam Dekker — Sam Dekker might be higher on this list if it weren’t for the fact that he’s been limited to three games for the Houston Rockets due to back surgery. This rookie may have the versatility to play multiple positions as his game matures, but for the time being, his first NBA season has been derailed by injury.

17. Chris McCullough — McCullough might have been a lottery pick in the 2015 NBA Draft if not for his ACL tear at Syracuse, and now that he’s back on the floor, he’s getting the chance to adjust to the big leagues. However, he’s only played in nine games so far for the Brooklyn Nets, averaging 2.6 points and 1.4 rebounds in 10.7 minutes per game on 37 percent shooting.

16. Terry Rozier — Rozier turns 22 years old on Mar. 17, so his time in this category is limited. For now though, he’s a seldom used guard in a crowded Boston Celtics backcourt who is averaging 1.4 points and 1.2 rebounds in 5.2 minutes per game on atrocious .230/.188/.1000 shooting splits. Then again, he’s only 25 games into his NBA career, so we’ll cut him some small sample size slack.
