10. Noah Vonleh

Noah Vonleh‘s early NBA career hasn’t really gone according to plan. After rarely playing for the Charlotte Hornets as a rookie, he was dealt to the Portland Trail Blazers in the Nicolas Batum trade. Though he’s been the starter in name, he only averages 15.9 minutes per game because Terry Stotts has found a suitable bench rotation that helps Portland win games.

Still, Vonleh is only 20 years old and has plenty of time to develop, even on a team that’s vastly exceeded expectations this year. The future stretch-4 is only averaging 3.7 points and 4.1 rebounds per game on 40.6 percent shooting from the field and 23.1 percent from three-point range, but Stotts is such an excellent coach that no one should be giving up on Vonleh just yet.

At 6’9″ and sporting a massive wingspan, Vonleh is still raw as an NBA prospect. But games like his back-to-back double digit scoring outings in late January show that he still has the makings of a solid player, even if he’s struggled up to this point in his career.
