Nos. 15-11

15. Bruno Caboclo — If you’re wondering why the Toronto Raptors took Bruno Caboclo with the 20th overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft, you’re not alone. Through the first season and a half of his NBA career, this 20-year-old project has played in a grand total of 11 games, registering 10 points and three rebounds in 27 minutes.

14. Cliff Alexander — Averaging 4.4 minutes per game in a grand total of seven appearances for the Portland Trail Blazers this season, the former Kansas center hasn’t yet found his niche in the NBA. His best outing in his first NBA season was a four-point, four-rebound outing back in November.

13. Damien Inglis — Like the other players in this category, Damien Inglis has been unable to work his way into his team’s rotation, racking up 5.3 minutes per game in eight appearances for the Milwaukee Bucks this season. Most Bucks fans believe he has a high ceiling, but for the time being, his 1.0 points and 1.3 rebounds per game on 25 percent shooting don’t say much.

12. James Young — James Young has the unfortunate task of waiting for the Boston Celtics‘ crowded backcourt to clear up. As long as Isaiah Thomas, Avery Bradley and Marcus Smart remain on the roster, Young’s numbers will continue to look like the 1.1 points in 7.0 minutes per game he’s posted in 24 appearances this season.

11. Kelly Oubre — Kelly Oubre always figured to be a project, but he’s been unable to show much despite the Washington Wizards‘ need for bench support. He’s averaging 3.6 points and 2.1 rebounds in 10.9 minutes per game this season, shooting 40.9 percent from the floor and 34.4 percent from long range. Luckily, he’s played in 51 games, so his development is on the right track.
