4. Kevin Durant, Oklahoma City Thunder

No surprises here: Kevin Durant is still fantastic. Durant is one of the best scorers to ever grace the NBA, and his silky smooth jumper looks as good as ever in 2016. He does more than just score, but his shooting is what makes KD truly great.

Durant is right on the edge of a 50/40/90 season, generally regarded as the pinnacle of shooting efficiency. He’s doing it while scoring 28 points per game, which is good enough for third in the NBA in scoring.

That accuracy from all areas leaves Durant in second place among all NBA players in true shooting percentage, fourth in offensive rating, and second in offensive win shares. The only player better than Durant in all three of those areas happens to be the NBA’s best player right now.

KD is more than just a scorer though. He’s averaging 8.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 1.3 blocks per game. Durant puts his long arms and athleticism to work on both ends of the floor. Like every player on this list, Durant is great at more than one skill.

Times are changing, though. The Oklahoma City Thunder are one of two teams with multiple players in the top 10 right now, meaning Kevin Durant isn’t currently the best player on his own team.
