3. Jahlil Okafor, Philadelphia 76ers

Jahlil Okafor has missed the last four games with a right shin injury but he’s done enough throughout the year to solidify this spot in the rankings, and he’s likely to return soon according to CSN Philadelphia’s Jessica Camerato.

In his last game before the injury Okafor went for 26 points on an efficient 12-of-18 shooting from the floor against the Orlando Magic, numbers that give a great example of what he’s done all season. Okafor can score the basketball with the best of them, but he hasn’t offered much of anything else to this point.

He’s young and still has plenty of time to develop into a more well-rounded center, and when he returns I’m sure we’ll see more flashes of his potential All-Star future.
