2016 NBA Rookie Ladder: Is Kristaps Porzingis Struggling?

9. Bobby Portis, Chicago Bulls

Unfortunately it’s back to the drawing board in terms of a permanent rotation spot for Bobby Portis. Nikola Mirotic and Taj Gibson fullly returned to the lineup Saturday against the Houston Rockets leaving Portis with only four minutes of action.

When he gets time he’s one of the more effective rookies in the league, but the frontcourt logjam has limited him virtually all season so it’ll be up to Chicago to free up more minutes for him in the offseason.
