Top Four PFs

  1. DeMarcus Cousins (Kings) – $10,600 @ Grizzlies (2nd)
  2. Ryan Anderson (Pelicans) – $6,100 @ Rockets (20th)
  3. Julius Randle (Lakers) – $6,200 @ Nuggets (23rd)
  4. Jabari Parker (Bucks) – $6,700 vs. Pacers (24th)

Rationale:

  • Cousins scored 45 fantasy points in his first game against the Grizzlies this season. He only shot 17.6 percent in that game and scored 17 points, 10 points lower than his season average. Scoring will be the biggest factor in his fantasy value. He’s projected to score 52.7 fantasy points.
  • Anderson is scoring 32.5 FPPG in three games against the Rockets this season. With Anthony Davis listed as questionable, according to NOLA.com, Anderson should get more shot attempts with the first unit. Scoring is typically the key for Anderson’s fantasy value, but in a starter’s role he should have more rebounds than typical. He’s projected to score 34.8 fantasy points.
  • Randle is scoring 24.6 FPPG in two games against the Nuggets this season. Rebounding is going to be the key for him to overcome, since he’s averaging 2.6 rebounds per game fewer than his season average. With Kenneth Faried questionable for Wednesday’s game, according to CBS Sports, it allows Randle a better opportunity to crash the boards. He’s projected to score 29.5 fantasy points.
  • Parker is scoring 21.4 FPPG in two meetings with the Pacers this season. He’s averaging 36.8 FPPG in six games since the All-Star break and his scoring has evolved. He’s projected to score 28.3 fantasy points.
