7. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Devin Booker is already the best shooting guard prospect in his class thanks to his killer three-point stroke and his ability to score off the dribble. His defensive efforts aren’t the best out on the perimeter but he’s stepped up as one of the Suns’ best scoring options with Eric Bledsoe and T.J. Warren both done for the year due to injuries.

Having a deep threat like Booker gives any championship contender an upper hand in today’s NBA thanks to the success of the Golden State Warriors. Booker is an important building block of the future in Phoenix, meaning the Suns nailed this pick. In time Booker could prove himself as the biggest steal in the 2015 draft.
