Khris Middleton

The Milwaukee Bucks are the only team with a player featured on this list that doesn’t look like it’ll make the postseason. That’s not on Khris Middleton though — he’s been the only thing preventing the Bucks from being one of the worst teams in the NBA this season.

Middleton has gone from being strictly a 3-and-D player to being an offensive first option this year, and he’s leading the Bucks in both scoring and minutes played. He’s playing a ton of minutes by NBA standards too. Middleton currently sits second in the NBA in minutes played with 2,155, and he’s fifth in minutes per game at 36.5.

Middleton presented a legitimate case to be an All-Star this season, and might’ve gotten in if the Bucks weren’t so bad. His new contract has quickly become a bargain deal, and he’s cemented himself as one of the brightest young wing players in the entire association.

Things are looking up in Milwaukee, despite the down season. Along with Jabari Parker and Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton has proven that he’s a talented workhouse who has the potential to be a very good player in the NBA someday.
