2005 The Golden State Warriors

Hey, we’ve seen this guy before! B-Diddy appears twice, (fingers crossed) I promise favouritism didn’t play a role. Davis was the general of the Warriors from 05-08 and while the Warriors didn’t accomplish anything overly impressive during that span they did upset one of the best regular season teams ever. The 2007 Dallas Mavericks won 67 games and it didn’t matter that they were the one seed when B-Diddy and the boys sent them packing in the first round.

The Deal

Warriors stole Baron Davis, they stole him. The then New Orleans Hornets received Speedy Claxton, Dale Davis, and change.

Davis got tossed around the league as you well know, but he had some good years in G-State, and that 07 Warriors team will live in infamy.
