Omri Casspi

If the Heat want to kill two birds with one stone in regards to finding a power forward, floor stretcher Omri Casspi could be their man. While Casspi isn’t a traditional 4 like Bosh, he is capable of playing the spot and has shown that with the Kings this season. Also, he has been deadly from deep this season.

Coming into the season, Casspi was regarded as a solid three-point shooter, knocking down 36.8 percent in his career. But, this season, Casspi has really stepped it up, as he is making a career-high 42.2 percent from deep this season.

Casspi would give the Heat a solid forward option off the bench, as he can play either small forward or power forward. He has succeeded in both spots with the Kings this season despite the dysfunction being present in Sacramento.

Casspi is only 27 years old, and would be under contract for next season as well. His contract is very reasonable, as he is set to earn less than $3 million next season. There have also been rumors that the Heat have discussed Casspi with the Kings already, with Tyler Johnson being the player the Kings are targeting in return.
