The Miami Heat have some holes on their roster; here are five players they should consider adding at the trade deadline to help fill them.

The Miami Heat are in a tough spot. They are currently in a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference with a record of 29-24. But, they cannot feel that they have much security, as they are only 2.5 games ahead of the ninth-place Detroit Pistons.
Things are even tougher for the Heat because they could be without All-Star power forward Chris Bosh for the remainder of the season. Bosh has experienced another blood clot scare, this time in his calf after experiencing the problem in his lungs last season. He is expected to be on blood thinners again, which will sidelined him indefinitely.
The Heat probably had a game plan going into the trade deadline this week, but with Bosh now sidelined without a return date, the Heat’s plans will have to change. In addition to trying to add some three-point shooting, the Heat could now be in the market for another big man, as they already were lacking in the department because of injuries.

The three-team trade that the Heat were a part of with the Memphis Grizzlies and New Orleans Pelicans should help, as the Heat acquired guard Brian Roberts. Roberts is a career 35.2 percent three-point shooter, so he will help in that area.
But, he is a point guard, which is one of the only positions on the roster that the Heat are set at with Goran Dragic and Beno Udrih. He could help replace the hole left by Tyler Johnson, but the Heat could have bigger problems with Bosh sidelined.
Keeping the Bosh uncertainties in mind, and the three-point shooting being a weak spot for the Heat, here are five players the Heat could target at the deadline to help fill either one, or both of the voids.
